Cecil W. (Tres) Bain, III has been practicing law since 1993, following his graduation from St. Mary's Law School in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Bain represents business owners and their families in the areas of wealth preservation and asset protection and represents beneficiaries and fiduciaries in estate and trust administration and litigation. Mr. Bain is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the San Antonio Estate Planners Council, and the Kerr and Kendall County Bar Associations. Mr. Bain has lectured and written on numerous occasions about business entities, asset protection, and estate planning and administration. Mr. Bain currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Elder Law Section of the San Antonio Bar Association. Mr. Bain graduated from the University of Texas in 1990 with a B.B.A. in Finance. He is married to Amanda and they have two sons.
